I've been back in West Pennsyltucky less than 24 hours (mind you, this is home, and I love it here) but I'm already saddened by the low activity on good old CL.
But, that is besides the point. Free to a good home:
I have a set of 27" weinmann alloy wheels, newish tires, and a beat up five speed free wheel. The spokes have light surface rust which an be easily cleaned up and the rims themselves just need some elbow grease to shine. 120mm OLD.
I've also got a front suspension fork (700c; no lockout; 1 1/8" threaded; v-brake mounts) off of a damaged Trek 7100 comfort bike. I still have the frame too, but a chain stay is MIA... might be useful to someone building up a bamboo bike that needs a BB shell or something.
Just posting them here before I drop them off at Freeride. Hit me up if for some odd reason either of these are useful to you.

I ride 27s, too and would put these to use at some point. Maybe comes down to what part of town? I'm in Squirrel Hill, let me know.

I'm in the mountains house/dog sitting at the moment, but I 'm happy to drop them off when I'm back in the burgh; otherwise, I'll have them in Greenfield.
