Bike Block Party @ the Food Coop Friday (tomorrow!)
Posting for a friend... I was told that there will be extra security for anyone uncomfortable with riding home afterwards, but it should be fun! Will still be light out at 9pm, too.

yeah he just sent me that poster thing.
rob from the coop wants everyone to know that there will be police from zone 4 and 5 stationed outside the coop til 10:30 but he doesnt want it to feel unsafe for anyone, kids, residents, bikers.
also there will table from the center for victims of violent crime.

I'm hoping they've distributed this amongst their neighbors so that it's not just an invasion of hippies and bike geeks (not that they don't have hippies and bike geeks for neighbors, but we're not the ones this is about, either)?
