As a new member of Bike-PGH! I have already attempted to contact staff, and let me tell you I had NO problem doing that, basically what I am saying is just in case it hasn't been said is that all the Staff Members that I have had the pleasure to meet and talk to, do a great job at what you do and are the reason this organization is as good as it is....so on that note....THANK YOU VERY MUCH
