Bike rack at the Waterworks Market District!
Saw it today. I can't upload a picture due to website limitations when using my phone.
It is on the sidewalk in front of the store near the Barnes and Noble side. (Outside the bottle shop)
Not bolted to the ground yet. 3 bars. Not the best, but better than no rack and no place to lock up a bike anywhere in that part of the Waterworks!
I emailed Giant Eagle a few months ago about this and they said they were all for it but Waterworks owners were dragging their feet. So i emailed theWaterworks owners and I thought I got lipservice about them putting this in "soon" but I guess it was true.
