Blvd of the Allies & Dawson
Anyone know anything about the cyclist who was cuffed by Pgh Police on the corner of Blvd & Dawson at around 8PM on June 3? There was a car, stopped, too with another guy on the ground in cuffs. Figured maybe road rage incident/altercation.

My neighbors said they thought it was drug related. One of their friends said when he was walking by they had both guys cuffed in the front with there shoes off--I guess the logic is this shoes off thing is common for drug searches, and if it were in any way violent, they wouldn't have been cuffed in the front.
