Calling Volunteer Marshals for the EAST END BREWERY- REVERSE KEG RIDE - 10/27
Hey everyone!
SO, as you know the EAST END BREWERY REVERSE KEG RIDE is coming out in two weeks, SATURDAY OCTOBER 27th, and the EEB has invited the FLOCK OF CYCLES to help Marshal the ride again -so I'm LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS! The Reverse Keg Ride in the fall is much simpler in logistics, where we meet at the OTB in the Southside, and help Marshal the bicyclists back to the Brewery in Frankstown, with about 6 miles of distance to welcome the arrival of the 2012's EEB Snow Melt,
Other than that, you know the drill: Pairs of marshals will be designated to an intersection to help stop and control traffic. Some of you might be mechanics to help out whatever stranded rider we might have, and just try to keep the ride a safe and positive event for everyone. Marshals helping this event will get a FREE registration to the event that includes your OWN EEB Pint glass to take home afterwards!

I need to know at the LATEST by October 23th if you are helping -so check your calendars!!
Email me and let me know if you have questions! If you have never helped marshal a ride before -no biggie! We'll pair you with an experienced marshal!

I was told not to buy a tot for the event and be a marshall, curse my impetuousness, I should have waited.
Oh well, I guess now I can enjoy the marshalling services instead.
