I’m trying to sync my miles and it’s not working. It’s never worked. I can’t find any help on the Endomondo or the National Bike Challenge sites, or on Google. I’ve already watched the two YouTube videos that address the issue, but neither solve my problem. Endomondo works fine on my iPhone and Dell desktop, and data syncs between them. It’s just the sync to the National Bike site. I clicked ‘authorize’ so that National can read Endomondo data. Even though the National site says it synced my miles with Endomondo, they never appear on the National site. And the National site doesn’t have any way to contact them for support. Can anyone on this board help?

It's always worked for me, including just now. Are you logged in to Endomondo when you go to the National Bike Challenge site? Or maybe the National Bike Challenge site isn't connecting to the right account when you link back to Endomondo. Is more than one person using Endomondo on your PC?

Hmm. It's always worked for me. I never stopped logging miles at the end of the 2013 challenge. In fact, I've used Endomondo daily since early 2012. Setting up the nationalbikechallenge site was no more than telling it where to find my Endomondo info.
Updates at the nbc site are delayed from updating the Endomondo one by a few minutes.
I frankly don't care about the nbc site. I only check it about once every two weeks when I want to find out my national ranking, and I'll check it the first week in July to see if I won anything in the monthly drawing.

Are you logging your miles as biking activities (sport or commute)? National Bike Challenge looks for those two only.

I am still not able to sync my miles to the NBC site. I am using the basic version of sport tracker on my iPhone wwhich is doing a fine job of tracking my miles, but the sync doesn't happen. To those of you who are able to do this, are you using the basic version or the premier?

I can't add anything more than I did five posts up. Use Endomondo for routine logging, and look up the nbc site a few minutes later to see where you are nationally.

Did you create a new bike challenge account since last year? The website changed or something so I had to make a new one with the new website.
