Well, at least it gets a person's attention (who's watching TV that is).

The only thing that gets me still are the folks who bike and don't obey traffic laws---I could see a PSA like this not being wholly effective b/c that contingent is who a lot of people remember, not the cyclists who do obey the laws and get hit.
