Downtown commuters: shower recommendations?

I just started working downtown again, and am hoping for advice on potential morning shower options. In the past I have just taken it easy on the a.m. commute and then performed a baby wipe ablution. That works passably for me, but I would love to take a full on shower once I get to town--was hoping that my building would have showers, but no dice. Any suggestions for cheap downtown gyms or other shower options? I am working over on 4th avenue near Oxford Center. Thanks!!!

The PNC YMCA membership runs anywhere from $32 to $54 monthly.

My building's management just announced a rec facility, with showers, is to be installed. Frick Building, a block away at Forbes & Grant. Free for building tenants, but I don't know if it will be available to others. I can ask.

The city changed the rules for developers to encourage adding bike parking. Maybe it could do something similar to encourage public shower facilities of some kind. Seems like this would be good to have in every neighborhood.

Since this is such a common request maybe somebody could make a list and add it to the wiki? Or send me the info and I'll add it.
