looks like a lot of fun, but somehow I don't think it'd do very well trying to get up 44th, which is unfortunately a requirement of my commute...
It'd have to be a fixie in order to be able to stop or slow down with any certainty; think downhills. But yeah, this would be cool.
Very nice. I tried something like that with my 1969 Schwinn Sting-Ray but the build quality was different. Involved a board wrapped in aluminum sheet.
If I eve moved back to my old home town of Ishpeming, Michigan, I'd want one of those.
There are great trails around town that are sonwmobile trails in teh winter. There is aways snow between Thanksgiving and mid April - and my best friend in 6th grad broke his arm skiing on natural slush in May.
