friendship blades

They need a pa-specific model of this with an extra foot but... "friendship blades" is great. http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=14&products_id=55 I wonder if its a real product but not sure I want to spend 50 to find out.

Ha! I actually bought a telescoping paint pole and associated items with the thought that I would make something like this (the supplies are now gathering dust in our mud room). I am certain that most drivers are much more concerned about scratches in the paint of their precioussesss than about the possibility of killing or maiming Those People who ride bikes. "Friendship blades" and the accompanying write-up slay me. :) :)

yeah, I'm sure the cops would treat a cyclist scratching up a car way more seriously than a car running over a cyclist.

If you hung an orange flag over the thing, I really don't see where the cyclist would be in any culpable, particularly if it only extended three feet. Tack on a rear-facing camera, and I don't see where a close-enough-to-get-scratched motorist would have any legal standing at all.

A reasonable judge might still hold you culpable or not. However, it may convince someone who is royally peeved that your device scratched the crap out of their car and use that as an excuse to get out of their car and attack you. I don't see this ending well for you if the friendship blades got friendly with another vehicle Good thing this is only a parody website. I'm bummed I can't get a real Wiper blade sharpener
