FS: Trek 800 Commuter, rack, ATB tires
Hey guys,
I'll be moving out of PGH in a few weeks so I'll be selling the commuter that's gotten me around throughout the year, and returning to my other bikes back home. It's a (1992?) Trek 800 Antelope that the previous owner converted to road use (drop bars, end levers, smooth tires). Sortof a "jackalope" I guess. I added full fenders, a more comfortable seat, and a rack I had laying around.
20" Chromoly Frame (is this an old way of sizing? I usually ride 18-19" mountain bikes but this feels slightly small)
Bio-pace chainrings
Canti-lever brakes (need new pads in a few months, depending how you ride)
Has the usual scratches, but otherwise in good shape.
$160 includes everything I mentioned, plus a lightly used spare set of 26x2" Bontrager Connection Trail tires.
