July 4th Polo Tournament
Urban Velo presents the 2009 4th of July Bike Polo Tournament, the morning after Pittsburgh’s Bicycle Film Festival party. It will be a friendlies round-robin tournament. Team assignments will be chosen randomly. You will play everyone at least once in an all day bracket. Consider this less than serious holiday polo fun. Bring your own picnic.

Show up for a game before the tournament. Practice is the best tip. As novice friendly as we're trying to make the tournament we do expect some fairly experienced people to show up.
We try our best to play to each others level during our weekly games here and we have spare mallets for new players to use. Come on out!
We usually play Tuesday nights at 7pm, Thursdays at 5:30-6pm, and varying times on Saturday and Sunday. Weeknights attract the most people, we typically play until dark and then split off and get pizza and/or adult refreshments.
