Nice to have the board back

Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you've got till it's gone Thanks to all who worked on this.

It looks like with an Android browser all the paging is hidden.

I have I.E. 8 Everything is large and elongated.  There are sentences cut off on the right side.  Navigation is a little hard - for example I can't find a way to look at the results of the poll.

Happy to have it back.  Don't want to whine, but (1) no way to edit a remark (2) didn't accept my user name when I tried to log in so I had to re-register (3) when you put in a comment it takes you back to the beginning of the thread instead of to the page you were on (4) display is really spread out.  In other words it takes up a lot of space for a little comment requiring lots of scrolling.  Not sure I see the advantage to that  over the way it used to display.  The old "look" to the page was more efficient and easier/faster to read through. That said, I appreciate all the work that went into this and I suspect the staff is aware of most of these bugs.  Really nice to have it back. Thanks to everyone that worked on it.

Yeah, glad to see it's up.  The layout will take some time to get used to but, glad it's here.

Ok, one small complaint....the name of the original poster stays with the thread regardless of the number of responses. It's going to be hard to monitor for new activity, or activity by specific individuals.

This might just be me being picky, but I really don't like how big everything is (in firefox). I find it more difficult to read than  smaller text.

Happy to see the message board running again. I am having pretty much all of the issues that have been listed above.  The rendering on my Android phone is great, not so good on my laptop running windows Vista and Firefox 18. I'm sure that these kinks will be worked out and I can get back to my lurking.

it does seem like there are more than a few of us that have had their old logins get lost in the transition. :(

Ok, one small complaint….the name of the original poster stays with the thread regardless of the number of responses. It’s going to be hard to monitor for new activity, or activity by specific individuals. The link color changes. I would like to see who posted the most recent as well, but in the mean time, unread threads are in dark blue, read ones are in grey.

Are you stil happy to get feed back? I don't want to whine about trivia, unless it might be helpful. In IE 8, I have to put the size at 75% to read a whole line.

Glad it's back. Glad that I finally cleared my cache and got something other than the maintenance page. Wish we had a little more warning. Wish that my dumb ass would have backed up my PMs (which I presume are now lost and gone forever?).

The PMs are highly desirable to get back. For me, they have things like off-board contact info (phone #s, street addresses) for various people, and other confidential info.

Also, anytime I click a thread, it takes me to the very last post, instead of the first unread (I would also settle for first post in the thread)
