Wow...this really drives home the importance of cameras which are not under police/local government control. Tapes have a habit of getting lost when they hold the wrong kind of incriminating evidence. If we're going to have a surveillance society, the least we can ask for is that we have sousveillance in exchange.

so being "...under investigation by the city's Office of Municipal Investigations for a May arrest of a woman on witness intimidation charges at the Municipal Courts Building..." makes you "...a good, fine officer who has served well..."
i dont buy that. and just imagine how many other offenses this pig is guilty of if he got cause for 2
