Dunno about the Park-n-Ride lot, but the lot by the trail in Boston underneath the bridge is a reasonable place for extended parking.

Parking for GAP overnighter
Anybody have any experience/insight parking overnight at the Olympia park and ride in Duquesne, here: ? Looking to do an overnighter on the GAP

I've left my car in the Boston lot for a few nights, that would be my suggestion as well.

I think McKeesport is good for this as well, and it features the almost-world-famous McKees Cafe!
