Race Face components are no more! No warranty anymore, at least according to a rep from QBP! Everything will be on sale at some point. Sort of would suck to have to get something taken care of..

"As the receiver will be shutting down the operations of Race Face Components Inc. immediately, your continued employment is no longer required and, therefore, the receiver on behalf of Race Face Components Inc., hereby terminates your employment, effectively immediately," the letter stated.
This is pretty crazy news. I just talked to a few people from their marketing department last week, they seemed stoked about future projects.
They will be sold, no doubt gobbled up by a larger company, and in 5 years the Race Face name will probably disappear (much like what happened to Roach when Race Face bought them).
I saw this on pinkbike this morning. End of an era for sure. Sadface time.
