I can't imagine they are in good shape right now given the rain we've had recently.

how are they? I was thinking about goin out there after work tomorrow

I know the trails in Frick right now are hit or miss. Some are nice and dry while others are too muddy to ride without doing damage. I'd imagine South Park is pretty similar.
