Threatening and dangerous driver in South Oakland PA plate 4544R

Today at around 10:30AM I had an encounter with a black vehicle (sedan) that looked like an airport limo or similar near the corner of Swinburne and Dawson Street going up Dawson towards the Blvd of the Allies. PA disabled plate 4544R, there were two older males and one threatened "I'll fucking run you over". Might have been an extra "4" at the end, 45444R, maybe

Be careful out there if you encounter these people, I called Pgh Police, spoke to an officer and they sent a squad car to look for them, but they were likely just coming up Swinburne to take a shortcut through the neighborhood (they proceeded into Central Oakland and turned on Semple).

Shook me up pretty bad. I wish I knew the model of the car (I looked for it later after I calmed down), the rear tailights came out a bit, like it was a design nod to the old finned cars, but it was a newer vehicle.

Thanks, thought that in the event someone else has/had a run-in with this driver, it would help to have a record.

Do all plates have the same number of digits on them? I was behind a car with a PA disabled plate on it this afternoon (a different vehicle than described), and it only had 5 digits, 4 numbers and a letter. Assuming that the number of digits is standardized, the plate number in J Z's post was probably 4544R

there also should've been a "PD" at the beginning or end of the plate (usually written vertical), which I think is actually part of the tag.

I believe the "PD" was at the beginning of the plate, because the disability symbol was on the left.
