On my way home tonight around 7ish, there was a tree in the road at Boundary (on the oakland side) before it turns into the panther hollow trail. I assume most people riding through that section have good lights, but if you don't, be careful. It is passable. I will 311 it. There is also a lot of the usual road debris from runoff after a big storm.
Hopefully this is old news, but there was a large amount of mud and baseball-size rocks on Neville/Boundary last night as well. Just south of the rail road tracks. A nasty surprise if you're like me and going very fast at that point!
