The sad thing is that there is a warrant out for the woman's arrest for "drug charges". I'm guessing that means she will be a no-show for the suit.

Judges, even those appointed by extreme right-wing lugnuts, don't usually take too kindly to police beating handcuffed people. There's a little more to the "original intent of the framers of the constitution," than the Republicans will let on.

I like it when police interactions are videotaped. It's scary to remember that for every thing like this or the CM guy tackled by a cop in NYC, there are a few dozen that are just as bad, but can't be proved.

Is this our Millvale? MapQuest only lists one Millvale, PA.

LOL... It does remind me of when my friend and I got pulled over in MillVALE LOL... Those cops thought it was funny that we had enough balls to ride down Route 28 from Mt. Royal to the 40th St Bridge.

I guess a bunch of people called 911 on their cell phones and tipped them off because they had 3 cars blocking our access points both at the off-ramp and the bridge itself.

They told us we were the 3rd ones that day they pulled over for doing the same thing, but since it isn't illegal to ride on 28 (as far as I know) they just laughed at us and told us we are stupid. We all had a good laugh and went on our merry way.

Some asshole whipped by us bringing his mirror within an inch of my shoulder going about 85mph blaring his horn at us when he did it *(I assume he then called 911).

I get angry when I see the multitude of police beating the crap out of people videos out there for no reason these days (there are thousands of them). But at the same time I know that not all cops are pricks like that.

Ok, I knew something smelled fishy...

The article blew it, it's actually Millville NEW JERSEY. (I should know, I spent many many afternoons as a kid riding my bike on the sidewalks of Millville, PA! Not to mention their lack of a black population...)

Definitely no less ridiculous though!
