Hi All,

My mom and dad are looking to get into biking (w00t!). But, they're, well, older, and not really looking to race. We're talking more rails-to-trails, gentle cruise around town, maybe take them on vacation, type of biking.

My husband was able to give my dad his old hybrid that was taking up space in our library (...and make room for another bike...), but that leaves my mom.

She's kind of a shorter lady, about 5'6 or so, so I'm assuming a generic "M" frame would probably fit. A cruiser or hybrid would be best, although my personal feeling is that the hybrid would give her a better ride experience, since it wouldn't be so heavy.
