Yoga For Cyclists?
I see on the calendar an entry for "Yoga For Cyclists," I'm intrigued. Scratch that, I'm very intrigued.
However, I don't see anyway to contact the person running it and I have several questions. Has anyone gone to one of these? I'm looking for what to expect, how to dress, what to bring and if there is a charge.
