NEW MOUNTAIN BIKE WEBSITE

Good things keep getting better here in Pittsburgh! Steve Farrar, a Graphic Artist and former Bike Shop Wrench has just launched a new website for “…riders searching for that sweet but elusive singletrack.” The site, www.MountainBikePittburgh.com, highlights all of the rides so many people talk about, but many can not find on their own. This is accomplished through dedicated message boards and a comprehensive guide to local trails. At www.MountainBikePittsburgh.com you can:

* Organize or join rides
* Post and check trail conditions and weather
* Buy, sell or swap gear
* Get detailed maps and directions to local trails
* Participate in a commuitiy that will help riders discover new adventures, and hopefully, new friends

One of the coolest features of this new site is the interactive maps section. Users can choose from one of many popular trails and get both directions and detailed maps. Steve invites anyone who visits the site to join the mailing list so that they’re up-to-date on “The Latest Dirt”.
