SPC is soliciting early input into the Transportation Improvement Program that will be developed over the next 12 months. Rather than just asking for specific PROJECTS we are also soliciting comments on problems, issues and opportunities that exist in our transportation system. Those comments do not have to be limited to highway and bridge projects, but could include any transportation mode.
