2015 Capital Budget

I thought there was already a thread about this, but I couldn't find it. Peduto's 2015 capital budget has been approved. The originally proposed budget had a lot of great bike improvements listed. My impression is that these are all fairly certain to happen now-- is that correct?

I think it's time to party. The budget has been approved, the mayor is committed, and he gets stuff done. Ex. the bike lane between Braddock and Dallas is, for the first time ever in the winter, clear without me nagging 311 and Corey O'Connor's office.

Well, the ICA still has to approve, I believe, so the party isn't official yet, but there's going to be a lot of new bike infrastructure in this town.
