Started with a basic flat bar IGH hub low geared disk brake machine scored used for cheap with rear rack and front fender. Added a couple pretty high capacity used panniers from Golden Triangle.
Looking to do a full chain case, center stand, pizza rack (or other front rack, but I like the ability to bring that, cake... whatever might need to keep a basically flat orientation up easily). Considering also vis elements. Short term that'd probably be tape, but possibly thinking about dynamo hubs.
If anyone has anything they're getting rid of, let me know. Also, if there'd be a shop with many/most of these things actually in stock, tell me what/if adaptation/cutting is necessary for the center stand and if so, still be able to do that quickly and economically, that'd be awesome.

I have a non-working Dynamo wheel you could have. Peter white would have to rebuild it but that would probably be cheaper than buying a new one.
Also a multi-volt charging adapter that would suit your DIY personality.
