^ I was thinking the same thing. I usually see him between Sandcastle and Hot Metal, although I've seen him toward McKeesport too. He always seems rather fearful/distrusting of others. (trying not to offend) I think he is gender fluid and thus might get in scuffs as I've seen him with black eyes etc. It seems like a sad situation.
