Bike Rack and Fenders Help

So I took my rack and fenders off for the triathlon this last weekend and now I am putting them back on but my Kona Jake which has two eyelets on the frame in the back.

My question is do the fenders go in the higher more forward eyelet or the lower eyelet closer to the rear? The rack will go on the remaining open eyelet.

Not the end of the world if I get it wrong but any advice is appreciated.

On both of my bikes the rack is on the top eyelet and the fender is on the bottom, but I don't think it really matters. If there's an orientation that results in less interference between rack and fender mounts it's probably better.

Just use what fits your setup best.
