There is a new British PSA out on cycling safety. It is not quite as clever, in my mind, as the first one. I also wish the cycling message was more prevalent throughout, and not held until the end. But, you might want to check the old and the new PSA's out at: http://www.dothetest.co.uk/
On my POS monitor, the black bear doing the moon walk is pretty much indistinguishable from the team in dark clothes. I was watching for a gorilla suit, because I'm aware of that experiment
I noticed a couple of the changes in whodunit.
Probably most interesting is that I watched both videos without even realizing there was a bicycle message at the end.

The message for cyclists here is "don't be the bear". If you want to be seen, participate. And don't wear black...
