Hey Folks,

I'm soon to embark on a fundraiser bike ride called the Climate Ride from NYC to DC. I'm running short on my fundraising goal so I thought I'd toss it out to the local community at large.

The ride is about raising awareness about sustainable alternatives and bike advocacy and benefits something like 45 organizations.

I'm sure many of you know the Amtrak trials and other bike transportation issues. It's rather sad to see all the Climate Ride email-list posts about trying to get to/from the event with a bike. Personally I think I'm going to try the chinatown bus to NYC and ride the C&O/GAP back from DC. I might not be sane.

Anywho...please donate if you can, every little bit helps.
