Corbett's Transportation Funding Proposal

So the net change is an increase of about 25 cents per gallon, mostly at the wholesale level. I'm guessing that's going to result in an even greater change on the price per gallon at retail. I wonder if this is going to get more people to think harder about a car diet. Or if they're just going to work their FuelPerks harder. I don't however see how this is going to improve the lot of public transportation in the state however. Maddening.
