Is there Bike Parking at Heinz field?
i honestly don't know if there is any parking right by the gates or anything, but there are definitely racks along the walkway by the river. not sure how near to the field, but i know for sure there are a few racks by the waterfall thingy.
I was just down there tonight and there are racks below the Mr. Rogers sculture. Additionally, I think I may have noticed some alongside Heinz on the riverside--it was dark, so I'm only 50% sure!

There are racks on the river side of the Science Center near the building, and a rack on the ground floor under the main entrance which is somewhat protected from rain.
There are also racks at the casino. Although I don't know if they have actually been bolted to the ground yet or not.
Many of those racks are not bolted down. Picture an image of a pickup, bike rack and 6 bikes locked to it in the back driving off 
You can always lock your bike to the casino's Singing Streetlamps™.

I think it's about the same. I've used the ones where the gatway clipper unloads in the past with no issues.

someone suggested parking downtown and walking over. Thinking of parking in the 6th st garage -- it's covered and less likely to be pissed on by a drunken fan (I hope). Excited for my first game at Heinz Field! Here we go!
I locked up at a rack at CCAC and walked over when I went to a concert in Aug.
