I'm going to try and make it, but my brain has other ideas.

(I'm not so patiently waiting for new glasses, and in the meantime getting daily headaches. So it'll be a race to try and get there before the SEARING PAIN starts....)

I'll be there (or I guess that's "here"), should be fun!

i tried to go around 6:30 and it was super crowded. i chatted with marko and salty and some others, which was WAAAAAAY better than waiting in the lines. next time ill arrive earlier!

Got there at 7:30 and beer cups were gone, as well as most of the food. Higher than expected turnout is a good thing :)

It was crazy crowded - my friend that got there at 5 had a much easier time than I did at 5:30. Getting the beer was not much fun but I got to talk with a lot of people - a lot of BP types but also a lot of other random people including an old friend I hadn't seen in 10+ years.

Hopefully it adds up to a lot of money in the Bike Pittsburgh coffers.

I was one of the lucky ones who got there at 5 anad actually managed to sample all 21 beers. Had a blast - I was blown away by how crowded it got and thrilled about how much this event helped out bike pgh.

i wandered through the beer area and a nice lady said there was still five minutes til the sampling would begin. so i wandered off for eight minutes and then WAMMO, a half-mile line of thirsty peeps. so i enjoyed the music for a bit and then left to 'sample' beer elsewhere. oh well! glad it was a success for bikepgh, though. way to draw a crowd!

Wow, glad to hear it was packed, so I don't feel bad about not getting there. Beer is apparently the way to go.
