Further proof of the neo-Luddite conspiracy (of which we all here are complicit) to make vehicular transport so difficult and impractical so as to render the operation of motor vehicles futile, thereby driving the masses to their bicycles.
(Insert mad scientist laugh here)
And yet, for all the construction Pittsburgh has suffered through for decades, commuters do not appear to have been driven to either public transportation or bicycles. Apparently the time taken to drive somewhere being increased, alternate routes or sitting in traffic isn't enough.
Gas prices seemed to work for a while. We should all be supporting the governors increasing of the gas tax.
