Ooh bump. I'll be here I think. I'm fighting off a cold, but I really want to ride. I think I'm past the incubation period so I hopefully won't get any of you sick.

bikeygirl emailed me, maybe she just doesn't like you. ;) On a more somber note, I did a pre-ride ride and came upon an older gentleman who had a mishap on the last bridge on Iron G(r)ate. He was unresponsive when I got there, but still had a pulse. Another rider and I got the first responders there within 10 minutes, and the paramedics were there shortly thereafter. After 10 minutes of CPR, the said they got his pulse back a little stronger, but he was still unresponsive. His official status is critical. If anyone has more information (not sure of his name, he was an older gentleman with a Dirty Harry's jersey, on a red full suspension XC Gary Fisher, 2007-vintage I'd say), please please let us know.

Please let us know more if you can. I have a couple of friends that are older that ride with Dirty Harry's and you have me worried. Did he have a ponytail?

Judging by the size of his bike (M/L), probably 5'8 - 5'10 180 lbs, not skinny but not lumbering fat either. He doesn't have a ponytail from what I remember, probably in his late 50s/early 60s. No beard from what I remember. I honestly remember more about his bike since I can identify things on it, he was riding clipless, grey Reba front fork, Maxxis rubber, ZTR Crest wheels iirc. Rotors looked like they were Avids. Had a saddle bag, an orange Camelbak, and a knee brace/pad. Helmet was a white or light grey Lazer. He rode with a newer Garmin Edge (probably 800) and chest HRM strap.
