National Night Out - Aug 7 - Bike ride?
Hello! i wanted to create a separate post for this so more people would see it.
National Night Out is happening THIS coming Tuesday August 7.

Basically, it's a push to get people outside on their porches, talking to neighbors, etc., and law enforcement officers will be on patrol to meet and greet.
However, it would be awesome to organize a ride around the East End/ Braddock/Penn Avenue corridor to raise awareness about the recent cyclist fatalities.
I'm afraid I cannot commit to leading a ride, as I will already be hosting an ice cream social on my porch, but I could offer my driveway/yard as a meeting place/launch point for a ride, if folks are so inclined. 100 Block of South Braddock, two doors up from the Walgreens.
Some other posters have already indicated some interest in doing something like this.
Who is in? And can anyone commit to being a leader for the ride?
