This mountain bike was stolen Monday, May 25, near the intersection of Hobart and Murray in Squirrel Hill.
There was a black rack over the rear wheel.
The end of the rubber on the right handlebar is poked in.
There is a shiny sticker on the frame, located on the vertical beam under the seat, that says SMITH 80040.
I have the serial number, and there is a police report on file.
Very surprising!! I know Squirrel Hill is maybe the safest area in the city!! Did you have your bike locked??? I had my bike stolen in Shadyside, 2 years ago,but I used a thin cable combo lock.I now use a U-lock wherever I ride.
