Caption Contest 219
I think my caption would be:
OK, today you take the lane in front of the cars with “Cars Pay Road Tax, Bikes Should Too” bumper stickers, and I’ll stay behind them with my helmet cam rolling.
It’s hard to bear the behavior of some drivers.
(Note: It shouldn’t be hard to do better than this.)
Cyclist to bear: “you’d be cuter in a helmet…”
Bear to cyclist: “you’d be cooler in a tutu….”
And is it just me, or is that cyclist in major need of a proper bike fitting? The bear looks better proportioned to her (?) bike.
When I said bear right at the intersection, I meant it.
And the winners are:
Winners of CapCon 219
“No, literally, bear to your right.”
Mike Phillips, Forest Hills
Bill learned the hard way that what bears do in the woods they also do while riding bicycles.
Mark Crowley, Plum
Never a good idea to draft off a bear.
Pat Foley, Homer Glen, Ill.
