BIKEPGH MESSAGE BOARD ARCHIVE

I was sitting on Swinburne Street stopped, waiting to pull out and make a left onto second ave on my way home from work, when a UPMC shuttle bus coming from the HMB made a left from second Ave onto Swinburne Street into my lane, and I had to hurry up and nearly jump to the curb on my right. I was in the center of my lane. The driver didn't slow down. I moved when I saw the angle of the turn and the speed of the bus. There was a passenger that gave me a horrified look when she saw what happened. It was getting dark and my headlight was on. It was around 615pm. I just wanted to complain. And warn people that at least one driver is still a dangerous asshole. Probably the same one that honked and harassed me before. Perhaps I should have turned around and asked the driver why this happened. I for sure would have caught the driver dripping off employees in the lot.
