ARB- who is responsible for this road?
After I finished laughing at the "your wife is hot" billboard that now appears on the outbound side of allegheny river blvd, I was looking at the shoulder of that road and noticed a lot of broken glass. I actually saw some on my commute inbound as well. That is part of my vehicular commuter route, and I would love to ride it again on a bike, at least to Oakmont and back for fun. Who do I contact to ask If they could clean the street and get that broken glass and other road debris out of the shoulder? I do not like flat tires.

I ride that road when I commute to work, you just kinda get used to it. Sometimes there are large rocks on the road from the hillside above.

I've been talking to PH people about PH adding it to their street sweeping efforts. Granted that's just talking, and with motivated but not empowered people. It straddles the municipalities, from inbound to outbound, of Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Verona, and Oakmont.
