that's a cool idea since I think most people have a hard time reimagining a street as complete.
Complete Street Cleveland
Since some people were tossing around the idea of exploring Cleveland, I came across this. A group is going to "model" a stretch of "Complete Street" to try to have the city make it part of policy. It would be interesting to see how they model this. Plus it's part of a larger Bicycle Week:

I like the idea. I think modeling a street plan, if done well, might be a good way to gain support.
The term "complete streets" itself strikes me as pompous.
There is a street in Pittsburgh named "Complete Street." it's a short, steep, alley-like residential street, so it doesn't seem amenable to this plan.
Yeah, this is our Complete Street, a dead-end street that runs off Shadeland near the bridge over Jacks Run. I sure hope our Complete Streets program fares better than this!
