Critical Mass Not Even Close To Critical

Okay, either I got the time and date wrong or people are wimps. On Friday, after some prick hit my mirror while passing me on 5th Ave I was super hyped to go to critical mass at 5:30 by the dinosaur. Unfortunately, there was only one other person there, and I invited that person. So what gives? If nobody is showing up to these in the winter months, then I think it should be taken off the calendar.

I was planning on going, but got caught up in work. There were only two people last Februrary, as well.

Bah, maybe I need to put up fliers or something.

I decided years ago the Critical Mass was counterproductive to the goal of making cycling safer and more accessible in Pittsburgh. I'm not the only one.

If that makes me a wimp, well, I'll gladly pay you Friday for a black bean burger today.
