Does anyone know the timetable or the project details on the level (train track) crossing at 4th street and the Southside trail.  Without the level crossing, (and the prior removal of the 9th street crossing) the closest access to Station Square is at 18th street. I would assume they are just doing maintenance-since the high line master plans always integrated the bike paths - and we just got that new bike hostel that would need the crossing... but maybe I worry too much after the railroads unilaterally removed the 9th street crossing without any public input.
