May 8th Mayoral Candidate Forum: Design, Planning, & Public Policy

Great opportunity for the audience to ask questions about bike/ped urban design, planning, and public policy. Hope some of you can make it! ----------------------------------------- Wednesday, May 8 at 6:00 pm The Design Center is coordinating a Forum on Design, Planning, and Public Policy with the Candidates for the Democratic Nomination for Pittsburgh Mayor Mark your calendar now for this important event. The Candidates Forum will begin at 6:00 pm, with a reception following at 7:30. The event will be at the GRW Auditorium at University Center - 414 Wood Street at Point Park University, downtown. One of the participating candidates for the Democratic nomination could be the next mayor of Pittsburgh, providing leadership on development across the City and determining the role of good design and planning in our City's future. Isn't there a BP candidate questionaire that you'll be posting soon? That is my main guide to how to vote.

yes. so far we've received responses from Wheatley, Peduto, and Wander. Wagner confirmed that he's sending them to us (hopefully today), and AJ has not said either way, but we are not expecting him to respond.
