Funny how nearly all the comments are about *wanting* to break the law, or feeling put upon by law enforcement when the speed laws are enforced for whatever reason. How is this different from the occasional cyclist rolling a stop sign, the usual complaint whenever a bicycle article is posted? Oh right, cyclists don't cause harm when they do that, but cars do.
