Two telephone poles before the intersection at Kaercher, there’s a cable hanging down into the street. Not far into the street, but if you were riding close to the curb you could get caught in it. Especially if you were pushing yourself extra hard to get up the hill and didn’t quite have all your wits about you, observational sharpness starting to fade and all that. Which would suck.

I’ll send something to the 311 people through their website too.

Summary of Service-Request:

Per complainant:

“Coming up Greenfield Ave (from 2nd ave), I noticed at the third telephone pole before you get to Kaercher (including the pole at the intersection) there is a long metal cable hanging down into the street. Not far into the street, but a cyclist riding near the curb could easily get caught in it. (Especially if suffering from a decrease in mental sharpness from climbing up Greenfield.) So that’s just below Kaercher, on Greenfield. Thanks!”
