I’d call 911 on the spot. I used to be a bit averse to it, but I found that it is the best way to get rid of illegal parking.

Rode into town on the Clemente earlier today. The bike lane is passable, but it’s full of trash (broken umbrella, jacket, …).
There was always clear pavement, but really.

Does the city have those lane-wide cleaners yet?

I don’t know, but I’m sure they have people and brooms.

I saw a small motorized sweeper/cleaner on the Penn Ave cycle track the other day that would fit in the bike lanes on the bridge. Hopefully they’ll clean up the bridge lanes soon, if they haven’t done so already

311 it using the new web form. Then you know it’s on their radar and they will let you know when it’s clean.

Anyone know if the county is planning to install bike lanes on the 10th Street Bridge this spring now that the majority of rehab work is completed… This definitely ties into the Rt 885 / 2nd ave corridor study…

The latest article seems to reference repaving and painting in the spring. Hoping the bike lane striping will happen then.
