Check out the letters to the editor in today’s Post-Gazette. You’ll see this gem from Melanie G. Hall, foreman for the City’s DPW:
[…] It would also be useful if there were a law against people riding bicycles in snow and icy conditions on public streets. They are a major hazard to driving in any weather, but especially in bad weather.
There’s so much stupidity here, I don’t even know where to begin. Emails to her, the DPW (I certainly hope they don’t endorse her view), and the Post-Gazette are all a good place to start.
