Portland is also apparently a hub for sex trafficking, especially with children.

We’re also the third most promiscuous city according to OKCupid

Oversexed Oregon: Top 10 Most Promiscuous U.S. Cities

If cycling correlates with promiscuity, I’m all for it

(Pittsburgh has a decent amount of prostitution too I’ve heard)

I did not get your PM. Sometimes PMs will send, but they will have a blank for the recipient. Those you have to send again.

If a significant rise in underage sweatpants-hookers is a symptom of most bike friendly status, I like No. 3 spot.

My guess is that, on whatever survey they used, for the “Sex, M or F”, most Pghers would just write “Yes”.

I sense a trickle-down effect here from a bicycle-riding Jennifer Beals in Flashdance (filmed on-location in Pittsburgh) peeling off her bra on camera while remaining fully clothed.

The OK Cupid link says “By analyzing how many people have profiles with “Casual Sex” marked as a type of relationship they’re looking for…”

Waitaminute….

Placing an ad looking for casual sex doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re actually getting any. Aren’t they tallying the wrong stats here?

Well, indicating interest would indicate intent would indicate promiscuity. At least I think. Plus, part of being promiscuous means you lack standards. So, if you put that out there on an internet filled with a bunch of standards-lacking folks, you’re bound to get something eventually. If you go by definition anyways.

A friend of mine said we are also #3 in how many people from one city appear on Jerry Springer, so you make the connection.
